Survey and Specification
We assess substrate condition, coating adhesion, weathering and any corrosion. A full specification and programme are produced.
Access and Preparation
Access equipment is erected. Surfaces are pressure-washed, degreased and treated for corrosion before priming.
Primer and Intermediate Coat
The specified primer system is applied, followed by any intermediate coats required by the coating specification.
Topcoat and Inspection
Final topcoat is applied to the specified dry film thickness. Coverage and finish are inspected before access is struck.
