Project summary
Avoira's Bristol premises are occupied by a growing technology business that wanted their building exterior to reflect a professional, modern brand identity. The existing profiled steel cladding had deteriorated significantly, the original finish had faded, the coating was chalking and the overall appearance was inconsistent and tired.
Cladding replacement was considered but ruled out on grounds of cost and disruption. Instead, Vanda Coatings were commissioned to re-coat the entire facade on-site, refreshing both the main cladding panels and the contrasting fascia trim to bring the building in line with Avoira's brand palette.
- Full mechanical preparation and degreasing of all profiled steel panels
- Surface treatment of any corrosion prior to priming
- Two-pack acrylic topcoat in dark chocolate brown across full cladding elevation
- Fascia trim re-coated in contrasting bright yellow to brand specification
- MEWP access coordinated for upper-level sections
- Building remained fully operational throughout works
