Survey and Specification

We inspect substrate condition, identify any remedial work required, and confirm the coating system and colour specification.

Surface Preparation

Existing paintwork is degreased, abraded and primed. Any corrosion or surface defects are treated before overcoating.

Masking and Protection

Adjacent glazing, signage and surfaces are carefully masked and protected before spraying begins.

Topcoat Application and Inspection

The specified coating is applied by spray in controlled conditions. All work is inspected and snag-listed before handover.

Can you match our existing colour or brand colour?

Yes. We colour-match to RAL, BS and NCS references and can also match from physical samples. For retail clients, we work from brand specification documents.

Do we need to close the store during the works?

No. We schedule works outside trading hours, nights, early mornings or weekends, so your store stays open throughout.

How long will the spraying work take?

Most standard shop fronts are completed in one to two days. Larger or more complex frontages may require additional time, which we confirm at survey stage.

What surfaces can you spray?

We spray aluminium, steel, galvanised metal and uPVC. Substrate condition is assessed at survey to confirm suitability.

Do you carry out repairs before painting?

Minor surface defects, corrosion spots and sealant failures can be addressed as part of the project preparation. We identify these at survey and include remedial work in the specification.

What coating system do you use?

System choice depends on substrate and environment. We use two-pack polyurethane, fluoropolymer and specialist exterior systems from manufacturers including Tor Coatings, Tikkurila and Axalta.
