No Lift Removal
Doors coated in position, no engineers, no downtime, no structural work.
Scratched, faded, or mismatched lift doors let down an otherwise professional building. We recoat them in situ using electrostatic methods, floor by floor, usually overnight. Your building stays fully occupied throughout.

Electrostatic painting of steel lift doors and surrounding metalwork across a 12-storey office tower, completed over two weekends with no working-week disruption.
Our four-stage process for every lift door spraying project.
We inspect door substrate, existing coating type and condition, and confirm the colour specification and coating system to be used.
Doors are degreased, fine-abraded and primed as required. Any scratches or impact marks are filled and feathered.
Door surrounds, lift interiors and adjacent surfaces are fully protected before electrostatic application.
Coating is applied via electrostatic spray gun for an even, factory-quality finish. All surfaces inspected before masking removal.

Individual lift doors can be completed in two to four hours including preparation, application and initial cure. Full projects are planned to minimise lift downtime.
