Project summary
The client required a full interior repaint of their Leeds office as part of a planned refurbishment, with works carried out while staff remained in other parts of the building. The existing surfaces included plasterboard walls, suspended ceiling sections and steel partition framing, all of which needed cleaning, preparation and a fresh, uniform coat to meet the interior design specification.
Vanda Coatings used airless spray equipment throughout, allowing a smooth, consistent finish to be achieved across all surfaces without the brush and roller marks associated with conventional decoration. The programme was structured around the client's working week to ensure no loss of productive space during business hours.
