Approach

Full masking of glazing and adjacent surfaces, mechanical preparation of existing coatings, followed by application of a two-pack acrylic finish to all aluminium frames and curtain wall sections.

Result

Consistent dark-grey finish across all elevations, restoring kerb appeal and extending coating life, at a fraction of full replacement cost.
